Therapy at East Bay Psychology is designed to be a supportive and collaborative process that unfolds over time. I offer long-term care that allows space for meaningful growth, healing, and self-understanding.

Sessions can be structured with specific techniques or more open and exploratory — it depends on what you need. Everything is grounded in current research and guided by a trauma-informed perspective.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, life transitions, and the emotional toll of living with undiagnosed or newly diagnosed ADHD or autism.

Sleep specialty

CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I)

The gold standard treatment for chronic insomnia. CBT-I addresses the thoughts and behaviors that keep insomnia going — without medication. Most people see significant improvement within 4-8 sessions.

Imagery Rehearsal Therapy

For recurring nightmares, especially those related to trauma. This evidence-based approach helps you rewrite the script of nightmares during waking hours, reducing their frequency and intensity during sleep.

Fees

Individual therapy sessions are $275 per hour.

Our practice is private pay. We are not in-network with insurance, but can provide a detailed superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
