I'm Dr. Laura Gramling, a licensed clinical neuropsychologist specializing in comprehensive ADHD and autism evaluations for adults and adolescents, along with neuropsychological assessments for brain injury, dementia and memory concerns, and other medical conditions affecting cognitive function. I also provide cognitive evaluations for children.

My clinical training spans UCSF, Stanford University, and the Palo Alto VA. I also work with a small number of therapy patients navigating anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, and major life transitions, using a strengths-based approach — helping you understand not just where things are hard, but what you're already doing well and how to build on it.

A comprehensive evaluation with me isn't a checklist. It's a real, multi-hour look at how your brain works — followed by a written report detailed enough to use with your psychiatrist, your employer, or your school. And a feedback session where we go through every finding in plain language, so nothing feels like it came out of nowhere.
